Need Help with a Return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your commodity purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within some days of purchase.
 
Need help finding your order number?
Your order number included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip. If you cannot find these records, no problem! Send us an email to us using the email address used to place your order and we can send it over!
 
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
